Shipping Worldwide delivery from Bangkok, fully insured by DHL Express. Complimentary domestic shipping within Thailand on orders above ฿15,000. Same-day delivery in Bangkok available on request. You will receive tracking details the moment your piece is dispatched. International delivery typically takes five to seven business days, depending on destination.

Delivered with care Every order ships from Bangkok with signature-required delivery and declared-value insurance covering the full price of the piece. Should anything happen in transit — loss, damage, or theft — we will replace your piece or refund the order in full.

Returns Ready-to-wear pieces may be returned within 14 days of receipt, in original condition with all packaging and certification. Bespoke commissions, engraved pieces, and resized rings are final sale.

Resizing Ring sizing adjustments available for the lifetime of every piece. We invite our clients to send their piece to us for adjustment* — we are pleased to cover the return.

*The two-year guarantee covers defects in original workmanship. It does not extend to accidental damage, the natural patina of sterling silver, or the gradual wear of gold plating. Lifetime service is offered at preferential rates beyond the guarantee period.
