Every order ships from Bangkok with signature-required delivery and declared-value insurance covering the full price of the piece. Should anything happen in transit — loss, damage, or theft — we will replace your piece or refund the order in full.

Returns Ready-to-wear pieces may be returned within 14 days of receipt, in original condition with all packaging and certification. Bespoke commissions, engraved pieces, and resized rings are final sale.

*The two-year guarantee covers defects in original workmanship. It does not extend to accidental damage, the natural patina of sterling silver, or the gradual wear of gold plating. Lifetime service is offered at preferential rates beyond the guarantee period.

**Our guarantee and lifetime service apply only to pieces that have remained in our care. Adjustments, repairs, or modifications by other parties are not covered by our guarantee or lifetime services.

***Outbound shipping to our atelier is arranged by the client. We recommend an insured, signature-required courier such as DHL Express or FedEx. We offer preferential rates for resizing. Resizing typically takes three to four weeks from receipt of the piece.
